Managing Recorded Files

AVS Audio Recorder gives you a possibility to perform some operations with your recorded files.

Once you complete the process, you can choose what to do next with your resulting file:

  • View the file information. To do that, right-click a file within the list of the recorded files in the File Area and choose the File Info option. You will see the basic properties of the selected audio file. The File Info window contains the following information:

    File Info

    • The File section contains information about File Name (the path to the selected audio file is displayed), File Size and its Duration.

    • The Audio section contains information about audio file properties including Number of Channels, Bitrate, Sample Rate, Sample Size and Codec.

  • Play the recorded files using the options of the built-in player (Play, Pause, Stop).
  • Use the Edit option to import the selected audio files into the AVS Audio Editor application for further editing.
  • Use the Convert option to launch the AVS Audio Converter application to convert your audio files.
    Note!Note: if you do not have any of the above programs installed on your computer you will be offered to download and install them.
