Diffuse
The Diffuse effect shuffles pixels in a selection to make the selection look less focused according to the selected magnitude of the effect. The effect moves pixels to the selected distance randomly, ignoring color values.
In the Properties Area of the Video Effect window you can change the effect propertieschange the effect properties.
The only property of the Diffuse effect available for setting is distance of pixel relocation (in pixels).
