Wind
The Wind filter makes it seem as if the colors are being blown off your photo.
In the Properties Area of the Video Effect window you can change the effect propertieschange the effect properties.
The properties of Wind effect available for setting are its Direction and Density. The negative Direction values make the wind blow to the left, the positive values make it blow to the right.
