Glow
The Glow effect makes your picture look like it's emanating light.
In the Properties Area of the Video Effect window you can change the effect propertieschange the effect properties.
The only property available for setting is the glow Level. Lower glow level values make the picture appear darker and higher values make it shine intensely.
